RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Material:

*All returns are subject to a 30% non-negotiable restocking fee.

*The product cannot be returned if it has been installed, removed, and then returned. *Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
*We do not accept returns of opened, damaged, wet, or items otherwise not in resalable condition.
*There are no returns on tile due to possible breakage and/or dye lot issues.
*There are no returns on carpet or padding.
*We cannot accept returns of less than 5 boxes of material.
