RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All returns are subject to a 30% non-negotiable restocking fee.
The product cannot be returned if it has been installed, removed, and then returned.
Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
We do not accept returns of opened, damaged, wet, or items otherwise not in resalable condition.
There are no returns on tile due to possible breakage and/or dye lot issues.
There are no returns on carpet or padding.
We cannot accept returns of less than 5 boxes of material.
